2nd Annual JLCV GOLF TOURNAMENT
The JLCV had a second successful year in raising funds at its best-ball golf tournameMembers.JPGnt fundraiser held on September 25, 2006, at the Vermont National Country Club (VNCC).
Thanks to the generosity of 53 golfers, 24 additional dinner guests and many sponsors we had a spectacular event. It was a sunny golf filled day, during which fun was had by all and the JLCV raised approximately $5000 through our silent auction and sponsorships, to fund our mission based work in the community.

Sandy Giroux and her crew arrived early in the morning to start preparations for the event. The VNCC dining room took shape quickly after Chris Inslee arrived with two car loads of decorations. Catherine Willis and crew also did a great job organizing the beautiful silent auction display and efficient

golfCathyBethanyKim.JPGLunch was provided by Kountry Kart Deli, and Madhouse Munchies while dinner was sponsored by Merrill Lynch, and the Inslee Group. The happy golfers enjoyed fabulous spreads at the beginning and end of the tournament.

Prizes were awarded for first, second, and third, gross and net scores. Mike Garvey, Mark Simon, Fran Larkin and Pete Kelley took home four rounds of golf at Vermont National Country Club with their first place gross as well as getting their names engraved on the trophy. Jamie Job, Sean Meehan, TuckegolfSaraAmy.JPGr Holland and Ted McGuinnes won second place gross and took home four rounds of golf at Neshobe Golf Club. Jeanne Morrissey, Cathy Neff, Ann Irwin and Wendy Drolette won third place gross and took four rounds of golf to The Links at Lang Farm. Reeni Jones, Ed Murphy, and Mac Keyser won first place net and took home four rounds of golf at Green Mountain National. Anne Carvey, Judith Doerner, Josie Herrera and Andrew Beaumier won second place net and took home four rounds of golf at Basin Harbor Club. Pete McCoy, Carol Ziter, Tim Ziter and Tom Ziter took home third place net with four rounds of golf to Williston Country Club.Lunch was provided by Kountry Kart Deli, and Madhouse Munchies while dinner was sponsored by Merrill Lynch, and the Inslee Group. The happy golfers enjoyed fabulous spreads at the beginning and end of the tournament.
